Prepare Will single person - $450, for couple- $600;

Power of Attorney- $250, countersignatures from Victoria-$350;

Prepare Affidavit- $450/hour;

Prepare Statutory Declaration- $250/hour.

*Fees may vary depending upon the nature of the matter to be drafted.

*Fee mentioned above does not include GST(5% & PST 7%). All lawyers must charge GST & PST for their services.
